Meet the 2026 New York City Go Red for Women
Class of Survivors

This year, we proudly celebrate an extraordinary sisterhood of women whose courage, resilience, and advocacy are helping change the future of women’s heart and brain health.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the No. 1 killer of women, impacting nearly half of women ages 20 and older. Yet far too many still don’t realize their greatest health threat. Our 2026 Class of Survivors is helping change that. By sharing their powerful experiences — including stories of surviving heart disease and stroke — these remarkable women are raising awareness, inspiring action, and reminding us that women have something stronger than heart disease: each other.

Throughout the year, the 2026 Class of Survivors will serve as ambassadors for the Go Red for Women movement, appearing in media, marketing campaigns, online storytelling, and community events across New York City.
