 I became my dads main caregiver after he suffered multiple heart attacks, a brain injury, and a stroke that left him unable to make medical decisions.

 For me, The American Heart Association Young Professionals is community that fosters positivity, hope, inspiration, and empowered me to be the best advocate I could be.
